Vaccinations & Check-Ups
Vaccinating your pet plays an essential role in keeping them healthy, preventing diseases that could be fatal and avoiding costly treatments that could have been avoided.
It is essential to vaccinate your puppy or kitten as early as possible, starting at 6 weeks old.
After the initial puppy and kitten vaccinations, you should bring your pet in every year for their booster vaccination and a general checkup. The annual vaccination helps your pet maintain maximum immunity against serious diseases.
The course for pet vaccinations is as follows:
- 6-8 weeks of age – First vaccination
- 10-12 weeks of age – Second vaccination
- 14-16 weeks of age – Third vaccination
- 9 months of age – Fourth vaccination, including rabies booster
